Tiberium is an alien plant-like life form in the game series Command & Conquer. It absorbs elements from the soil and transforms them into green crystals at the surface.
In the first game of the series, harvesting these crystals is seen as an easy alternative to mining metals and other precious minerals.
However, as the series progresses it becomes painfully clear that Tiberium is not only poisonous, it is also transforming the entire planet into an environment uninhabitable for human beings.
This site aims at showing the deadly beauty of the transformed landscapes seen in the third game.
