Released beta pictures

Very Early:
Recovered from THE BEST OF SELECT - GAMES SPECIAL 6 game magazine CD (thanks to Hallfiry)
I can only assume this is a mockup made to show what the game would look like, after making just a few of the involved assets. It doesn't look like any actual beta screenshot I've ever seen.

GDI Construction Yard:
Recovered from a CD of the French Génération 4 game magazine (thanks to Hallfiry)
This seems like a typical edited showcase screenshot. Shows a nice GDI logo on the construction yard.

Bridge Attack:
This image shows unused graphics of a crashed A-10, and a more modern-looking bridge.
At this point it was obviously not yet decided that the Gun Turret would be a Nod-only structure.

Convoy:
The basic map of this one is nearly the same as the Bridge Attack one. It shows an earlier version of the Humvees.

Airfield:
Recovered from THE BEST OF SELECT - GAMES SPECIAL 6 game magazine CD (thanks to Hallfiry)
Another one on the same map, this time showing a GDI airfield. This was used on some of the game's back covers.

Patrol:
Without any doubt my favourite of all beta pictures. This picture shows that Nod originally had its two different team colors, namely grey and red, combined on all buildings. It's a pity they decided to drop that idea, because these buildings look REALLY cool.
Oh, and that's not a double barrel on that tank; it's just some kind of error.

Invasion:
This picture is on the back of my Covert Ops box. The minigunners wading through the water obviously show it's edited. Another oddity is the beach itself... there is no beach in that direction in C&C.

Nod Retreat:
I'm sorry about the quality. The original picture was mirrored and saved as JPG. I mirrored it back, and to prevent further damage I saved it as GIF, using the original C&C color palette. The original can be found here.
The silo is obviously the same version you see on the Patrol pic. The other building, that's just being blown up, is a Communications Center.

Nod Retreat II:
Original quality version recovered from a CD of the French Génération 4 game magazine (thanks to Hallfiry)
This is a slightly different version of the above pic... this one's especially cool since you see a beta-version of the Repair Pad on it.

C&C Gold beta pictures:
These were recovered from the Spanish Virgin Entertainment website from October 1997, through archive.org. They show a high-res version of the original DOS game's UI, from before they decided to switch to a different style for for C&C Gold.

From the CD of the PC Player magazine of September 1996.
This picture is actually the one that was also available on the official Westwood FTP as "forest01.gif", but the FTP version of the image has the final C&C Gold user interface pasted over it, causing the radar minimap to be all wrong.

The map shown on these two last images is a bit of a mystery; it is not any known in-game map, and sadly, the minimap is zoomed, giving no clues to the full mission layout.
