This simple tool was originally written to view the thumbnails of my e-reader,
which seemed to be saved as a bare array of reversed-ARGB byte quartets.

By default, the tool will try to open any file as if it has a height of 137,
which was the format used by the ICARUS Omnia Generation 2, but the numeric
up-down control wil allow you to modify the height until you find the
correct value for the file you opened.
