Appearance:	She looks like a normal teenage elf girl unless shape-shifted to her dragon form. However, her eyes always look like typical green-with-yellow Dragon eyes. [View Image: Elvish form] [View Image: Dragon form]
Personality:	very curious and joyful, and always looking for adventure. Quite impulsive when it comes to decisions, but she has no problems admitting it when she made wrong one.
Abilities:	* Languages: - Elvish: mother language - French, German and English, which she learns at school - Orkish: she speaks Orkish fluently. Studied it on her own after she started visiting the Orc district - Draconian: just the basics she learned that from her father; Dragon Language is very difficult. (these 'basics' include the typical Dragon swear word "Sleg!") * Some minor spells: In her mini-dragon form she finds clothes unconfortable, so the uses a spell to make them disappear when she does a full shape-shift. * Psychic abilities: she can use her magic powers to read people's minds. However, she doesn't use this ability very much as she knows from experience that most of the times she finds out more about a person than she wants to. * Natural shape-shifting ability that allows her to turn into a "mini-dragon". Can be used in partial shape-shifting, for example to grow wings while she still looks like an elf. The partial shapeshifting is a unique ability that normal dragons can't do because of the difference in size between their dragon and human form.   Her dragon wings are not strong enough to make her fly, but she can glide with them. * Force-heal ability: Due to the incompatibility between the Elvish and Dragon form, injuries can't be carried over from one form to another. When she shapeshifts with an injury, her body will force-repair the damage before doing the actual shapeshift. However, this process is very painful, so Silvia doesn't like to use it as a healing method. If the injury is too serious, the pain could kill her.
Background:	One of the lesser Dragons called Vorug Serthedal fell in love with the Elven woman Miranae Ulane while he was on a business trip in human form. Even though marriage with a different species is stronly disapproved by the Dragon community Vorug married Miranae, and she had a half-dragon daughter they called Silvia. However, since he can't stay in his human form forever, and also because he always longs for the skies, he's got a dragon house on the Dragon city Terganon, which floats in the air above the Atlantic Ocean. He wants to visit his family as often as possible, but since he works in Terganon he made it a habit to visit them during the weekends. Silvia spent most of her childhood amongst the Elves, but when her shape-shifting abilities surfaced she started going out on the street. At first she went to the Orc District just to worry her mother (she was a spoiled brat), but after she made some friends there she started to like hanging out there and enjoying the real life. She learned to defend herself with her partial shape-shifting ability by turning her hands into dragon claws.
Gear / Weapons:	* An MP5 player ;) * credstick with about ¥100 on it. * T-shirt with special nano-reactive part on the shoulder blades that can make two openings for her wings. The nanites are triggered by a small mana-burst. * Dark grey jeans with black belt. * 10 cm (4 inch) long dragon claws (through partial shape-shifting). The thumb claw about half as long as those of the other fingers.
Transport:	None; if it's too far to go on foot she just takes an elevator in some appartment building and glides off the roof. She can get pretty far gliding like that.
Accomodation:	Has her own room in the large appartment of her parents, in the nice Elf neighborhood of Geneva.
